First Step (1 hour):

  • Initial visit and consultation
  • Needs and desires

Second Step (Respond to within 1 week):

  • System design
  • Initial proposal to customer
  • Execute the customer's agreed upon design
  • Customer sign-off for work to begin
  • Scheduling of installation, purchasing, and/or rewiring

Third Step (1-2 days depending on the job):

  • Begin the installation and set-up
  • Testing of the equipment
  • Customer orientation and training
